Eid Reflections: Family, Hustle, and Finding Balance
Mar 31, 2025
Yesterday was Eid, and I spent it soaking up time with family and friends—laughing, eating way too much, and just appreciating them for being the chaotic, wonderful crew they are. As an entrepreneur, it’s so easy to drift away, isn’t it? You get sucked into the grind—head down, phone buzzing, chasing the next milestone—and before you know it, the important stuff starts fading into the background. I caught myself today realizing how much I needed this breather, a chance to hit pause and remember what keeps me grounded.
I’ve been MIA from the blog for a bit—sorry about that! Life’s been a whirlwind lately, with work pulling me in a million directions. It’s that classic trap: you’re so busy building something that you forget to live in the moment. Eid snapped me out of it, though—nothing like family chatter and a plate of good food to remind you there’s more to life than the hustle. I’m not perfect at balancing it all (who is?), but days like this make me want to try harder. How do you keep your head above water when work’s got you in a chokehold?
